How To Use:
Shake well. Mist on dry hair.
 
PRO TIP: After a blow out, have your client flip her hair upside down, mist on wind blown 05, shake her hair out with her fingers, and then flip her head back up. With wind blown 05, you can create customizable volume, or simply use it to create a matte texture.
